Can this "spam ban" be removed or at least time decreased? 30 min again and I was just normal talking with some other player.. never liked this spam ban, always spoke against it.. You should make sambot see if someone spams the same word many times in a minute, and have them banned, not ban normal talking players.

It is very small like a normal conversation in the chat.
Such frequent short monologues, very distracting in the game.

However, 30 minutes for auto-ban this is a lot.

Suffice it to five minutes - how on most of the servers.

I've just installed back my old TSE and try to play several frags like old times.
After hours I found your 1.07 patch and I could finally see servers list.
I can't play in any of your servers, when I connect, after receiving all datas I get a invalid CRC error and get banned from your server for 30 mins.
I cant connect on other servers like.ru but noone is playing.
It is really frustrating.
Any help would be apreciated.

You, like Ostap, can never understand talking between 2 players if you're not in the game. You simply can't take it all from chat logs and see "oh, let's ban all who talk!" Sambot spamban usually bans those who are just normally talking, obviously the real spammers too, but this hurts the normal player more.

Hell, if you can read, I was alone in the server with this guy, who didn't want to play versus me, so I taught him how to do trickjumps.. I could've just quitted and not play sam, but all players increase the activity, maybe this guy even wants to play more with this new stuff he learned, I don't know, but this is a classical example of sambot ruining the game for the players.

I've spoken against spam ban as it is in it's current state since 2010, but since Ostap, like you, prefer to watch chatlogs rather than play the game, if you would, you'd see that this really isn't too much text in a game, where the chat doesn't cover your full screen.

It would be easy for Ostap to make it ban only those who say a word like "noob" and just press the up arrow and repeat the word 10 times, that is real spam. And 30 minutes ban for chatting is an overkill. If you want, I can make a poll about it, 95% of the players would agree with me here, many of us got banned from normally talking in game.

Today in the hole the 2 players from Poland they surname "Update" and "H1man" are teaming "Update" spam with cannon too I can do my best to play according with rules without spam and camp but they are very boring in fact.
