Its a modified version of it coz not all ingredients i could find in the shop - but it very close...and incredibly tasty !!

Phaha! I JUST UNDERSTOOD that you start preparation along with drinking something. I looked through some recipes, and thought "Mmm... Ahaa... Wine! Ooohkk... I also like to add wine when I fry/marinate some meat, especially if it's pork
"
But after few posts I realized that you do not add that alcohol to the dish!

Adding wine or bier to the dish - is tricky ...coz it might ruin the food completely ...
bier for example can not be used with dishes that should be cooked with low temp ...otherwise it will leave aftertaste of old bread...
and wine - too much - will make it taste like old cheese ...
but all tastes might go away if cooked on high temp ......i've not mastered that yet........ Always Look On The Bright Side of Life

noting a theme here cooking is better with alcohol
but cood possibly ruin the meal
better taken internally ,lol
