New Maps Announcements

Hi everyone ...

I just thought it would be nice to have a place where new maps (uploaded / founded / created ...) could be announced for everyone to try out...

Latest additions (downloaded from http://seriouszone.com/ and http://www.serioussite.ru/):

• Lost Mayan Tomb
• Mayan Civilization II R.I.P.
• Grand Portal
• GrayTown Xmas (removed - CRC error with original GrayTown (if present))
• Chanolin Temple
• SV Minecraft Cave
• Teotihuacan Map Pack

You can test those maps on "Co-Op Custom Map 04 [HARD +IA +Map Vote]" SE server ..

thats strange if thats the same map i am thinking of. i remember playing it with miss some time ago, this map had a few problems but there werent any textures missing for us and we could play it till the end. i ll go and check it out again

hmm thats very weird, why can i play this map then? i dont have this texture either anywhere ..
i just played this map again to make sure before i uploaded it

how many maps do you see in the game ? 2 or 3 ?

i see one map in the menu. the second map loads after i finish the first one and then its over. if there is a 3rd map after that, my game never tried to load it


i know this is probably not the best way to fix maps with this issue (missing textures) but there is one.
technically, you could duplicate one of the other textures and rename it to the name of the file thats missing. thats how i have fixed some maps in the past that had missing textures, as long as its the right file type with the correct name in the right place where the game expects this file to be, it should work. u basically just replace the missing texture with another one. this at least enables you to play and check out the maps

Ah ok ... there are 3 maps in the package ... i guess one is just broken

I've put the package back in downloads ..and in server for testing
