Hi there!
You must know that administrators are not there "just because it's fun"... Being administrator implicates to be responsible of one or several servers, where you'll keep order so that the people can play without being disturbed by any trasher or troublemaker. The administrator's behavior represents his whole team so having mature and responsible persons on an administrator position is very important.
