Man he has speedhack.. i had ping 60-90.. i havent got any lags. On video says 434 beacuse i have slow pc..

Bro, it is true that it looks like a "speedhack" when somebody is having a ping greater than 200 ms. I also get this same feeling when i play with the other players and my ping is greater than 300. Maybe you were playing with this kind of a ping for the first time. So, overall, i feel that this accusation is invalid now.

for me i have ping max 90-27 sometimes jumps into 120 only for 1-2 secs

When one gets high ping, games slows down or accelerates ubnormally, it's a usual thing.
