Can't join from mobile connection

Hello guys, you are not probably interested but on 29th of December of 2012, me and my gf have been moved to our new house .. And since we still haven't got stable internet connection like I had before, I have to use a crappy connection via my old Nokia (USB + Nokia PC Suite). The ping actually sucks on different servers: on .Ru I've got 120 with spikes, on Euro servers I've got 180 - 230 with more huge spikes. But this is not the main problem.

The main problem is ... I can't join any Amsterdam Server : / Look what it says:

Cannot add player because: Admin: You are banned! for 30 min - SORRY but your host is banned ...(0 - 213.87.135.135 - Client 8)

I've already asked Black Spirit what if my IP is banned, but he told it isn't.
Btw, monthes ago (early 2012, maybe summer of 2011 too) I perfectly remember I could join Adam servers with the same connection .. What if the whole host 213.87 has been banned, but for what ? o_O

I would like someone to help me with this problem, thanks <3 Sorry for creating the whole thread for this .. I could post in in the "Why was I banned thread" thread or smth like this, but I wasn't really banned xD

@ Ostap: PS: I'd very like to say sorry for my old thread on GZ about Amsterdam servers, at those times there were pretty much more noobs playing, but now, it's pretty clear that the whole Sam won't be that alive without Adam servers for now. Sorry man. ????? ? ???????? ?????, ?????? (

gprs.mts.ru provider was banned some time ago ..coz it was used to avoid ban by some dude from moscow.
its disabled for now. try to join again

Btw these new "Linux servers" are "all weapon" too .. If I'm not wrong
