Detecting proxy is almost impossible unless proxy server identifies it self as such.
In my system - i'm using proxy detection based on its usage.
Most of the open proxies available in the world already been used by spam bots ...and are registered as such. That's about 90% of them all.
Proxy servers that installed at someones home - just can not be detected. Person that offers a proxy server for others to use - of coz risking him self to become a intermediate source in spamming or other activities. WTF? How can he use a proxy for 1.07.. I have tried many and they only work on 1.05, on 1.07 it still uses my real IP

Naming yourself to a book of Hitler is not racist... if you know the 'copyright/publicity laws' after the death of the author (A. Hitler in this case) and 70 years or so later, it can be published, used,.... so it is not racist.
