Ok the server of the Shotty Tournament is created (confirmation : the server is in "infinite ammo") , it's for the moment for "the training of the tournament", the connect_password is "sosexy", and all players can work their technics without to be "observe"

The tournament will begin after the "Winter Tournament 2017", like this np
