Couldn't upload an avatar

It always says "Invalid file" to me
I've tried .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp
I've tried different pics
I've tried Opera and Chrome
I've tried to post different link
I've tried to clean the cache but I see this over and over, again.

Am I the only one with this problem ? o_O

had to do with wrong selected image handling library..
