All good things do come to end.

Although the adverse conditions, it has been funny to play at this event. I didn't expect to arrive 6th. I would have been pleased to play more games, but some thunder fried me 2 modems and caused a short circuit on the HP I was using (and it is quite difficult and annoying to disassemble it, since the problem is surely in the power jack). For the last games (30th or 31st of august, I don't remember) I played via my old netbook, but the difference of frame rate was insane! The most stormy august I've ever seen on my island, in my life.

Well - this is how the rules were defined...for this event.
And for this event - they will stay as defined.

but still - up to 50% of main score (if you get them all ...monsters)

he can run Hatshepsut in just above 3 minutes. 12 out of 14 marks collected

I didn't see this demo yet. But consider Hatshepsut is a short map and he didn't get the secret +100 health (or else he would NEVER complete this map in 2 minutes). He is more experienced than me and on this map you can skip monsters very easily. However it is a good job to collect Everest 1 and Everest 2 in only 2 minutes.

You sure had more to worry about than the event ... (check for hardware gnomes - those are common to find in old routers and modems)

I didn't see this demo yet.

Do download some - they wont be there forever .... stats will disappear after 90 days counting from event starting date...(so about 6 weeks left)
Some games are really epic - I've never seen that much effort and skills put into just jumping.

You needed few more pillows to protect your laptop from the elements.
