Constitution of {Pistolers}

Since we are a clan,we should start to make our Constitution.
These page always will be updated.

Here is the titles,


RULES

1-Pistolers Member must Respect every player in game.No matter who they are,even if they are trashers,cheaters or else.
2-Pistolers Members are obliged to not to Trash,Insult,Swear or Cheat.
3-Pistolers Clan Commitee™ is the only council of Pistolers and only power that can decide about taking or firing new members.
4-Pistolers Members are free to join another Clan but they cannot join a Clan without warning.
5-All Pistolers Members are responsible for helping our other members and even other clans players.
6-If a Pistolers Member got banned from the server from an admin of 42 A'dam Servers,they are obliged to not to ask our Clan Admins to remove this ban.
7-Pistolers member cannot give their nicks to any other player
7-If a Pistolers Member wants to be an admin on 42 Amsterdam Multiservers,He/She must ask that request to Clan Leaders.
8-Pistolers Members are responsible to say to Clan Admins if one of our members does not obey these rules.

If negatives of these actions seen on our members,Sanctions will be applied on that member.

SANCTIONS

Sanctions can be define as "Fine"
Our Sanctions are different for each action.

a)Racism(Skin,National,Language,Color,Religion etc.) = Decisive Kick from the Clan + 2 Week Ban from Servers

b)Trashing to Any Other Clan = Meeting of Clan Commitee to decide to Kick this player or not + 3 Days Ban from Servers

c)Trashing Personal = Warning to Player.If occurs again,Meeting of Clan Commitee to Kick this player or not. + 6 Hours Ban from Servers

d)Trashing to 42 A'dam Admins = Meeting of Clan Commitee to Kick this player or not. + 1 Week Ban from Servers

e)Giving nick to non-Pistolers Player = Warning to Player.If occurs again,Decisive Kick from the Clan

f)Cheating = Decisive Kick from the Clan + 3 Months Ban from Servers

g)Faking Tags of Other Clans = Meeting of Clan Commitee to Kick this player or not. + 3-5 Days Ban from Servers

-Suggesting new Players = All Members
-Taking new Players = Clan Commitee*
-Kicking Members = Clan Commitee*
-Decisions about Sanctions for faulty member = Clan Commitee*
-Closing the Clan = Oben
