Downloads: Remove Microsoft spy DLL

If your Serious Sam loading slow on first start (nothing happening for few seconds)
Problem is with no longer available Microsoft gaming service that Serious sam trying to connect
To fix that - you'll need to remove Microsoft library

Download and unzip given archive and run "disable_gameux.bat"
