I'll repeat it here though: I've watched the full demo (from the moment I've joined) from Jack's view - asbolutely normal gameplay, if he predicted some noobs movements for 2-3 times in that sniper room - that's a normal pro player action, everyone knows how to do it well, so what the hell ? And also, why you've restarted semi-full server again ? For what it's necesarry to do it in 2015, when this server can be the only one with players in ?
CRC check was turned on, and server was restarting! I' m sorry, just a litlle experiment, honnestly I've suspect SODIG. Does'n matter I will remove bans, I don't like to punish players , is a just game. I just follow my job.

second - in this case, when you playing with "/mdl_ishadowquality=2" on fortress, you will always see the dark flashes, when someone will go up in sniper room (just stay on minigun position - and look forward). if you saw flashes like on this screen - just keep your crosshair on sniper rifle -> easy frag.

I said it in skype but I'll say it here too: all with russian version of sam will be kicked when anti-lightbulb CRC is on. It's some bug that nobody took time to fix when anti-lights CRC check was made. Also restarting semifull server is unjust.
Thanks for explanation! I hope is true, because hear that in others discusions! About server restarting, I did saw a special rule and is not forbiden, but you are right , is annoying. I'll take care about that.

i thought i enabled the crc check like a year ago for this server..and i assumed it was working correctly

The problem is observed only in self-made assemblies(custom-build) of game, in them the Serioussam.amc files from different folders are often mixed. And it is frequent at the kleer model - color with black is changed to the gray.Therefore CRC error.
No cheats - just mixed up some files.
These self-made assemblies(custom-build) of game have big distribution to Russia

So that means that Petar did a good job and that Jack does have modified files (knowingly or not doesn't matter).
Sam will never have full servers again, so it's just a matter of deciding when to force the rules upon players or just let people play.
